As a guest of our hotel, you do not have to pay the entrance fee to Venice.
What we are providing
As a guest of the Ruzzini Palace Hotel, you are exempt from the Venice Access Fee.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you can easily obtain your exemption voucher through the official portal of the City of Venice:
Simply select “Guest of an accommodation facility”, enter your stay dates and details, and download your QR code.
Please note: the exemption must be requested personally by each guest before arrival.

To receive the exemption, you must register your stay online before arriving:

- Click on “Request exemption”
- Select “I am a guest in an accommodation facility located in the Municipality of Venice”
- Complete all steps of the form:
- Choice of exemption
- Main holder details
- Additional guests (if any)
- Contact information
- Confirmation
- Download your QR Code
The exemption is valid from your check-in to check-out date.
